I think it's safe to say.. we all made it! Give THANKS!

Congrats! We all made it through the holiday (I hope). I had some sad times, I had some happy times, and I did a lot of soul searching. Regardless, I am better off after today and am looking forward to my new life. I gave thanks for: - My Turkey came out perfect (as always lol) - My boys were here and happy. - My parents were here and lived by my rules (don't talk about it negativly). What were you thankful for today? Please share with the group. All of us could use a smile.

I am thankful for my best friend having me join her and her family for Thanksgiving!  We had a great time!  We talked about my soon to be divorce.
Before I left, I thanked her for her love and support.
I am truly blessed!

I am thankful for my family and my boys and I'm very thankful for my life after being in a wreck last night!!  It gave a new meaning to Thanksgiving let me tell ya!!  I was with a friend and her daughter going to the movies and she hit a deer and I didn't have my seatbelt on and let me tell ya seeing the windshield that close up and being able to look the deer in the eyes when we finally hit it--wasn't fun to me!!  So I'm very thankful I had a guardian angel watching over me last night!!  I will wear my seat belt now, but for now I say - Give me a damn stiff drink!! :)

I am thankful for my kids, and thankful the turkey only took a half an hour longer than I planned because my kids were vanishing before my very eyes from starvation( at least that's what they told me!)

I am thankful that it was not a hard day after all. I am thankful I didn't have to worry about clean up but the kids and I still had a good meal and good company. I am glad we have all found at least one thing to be thankful for.

I am thankful that I was with my mom and sisters, brother-in-laws and assorted nieces, nephews, cousins, grandniece, etc - we talked and ate and laughed....got to play with a tiny puppy my sister is fostering. Also, that the sweet potato pie with the homemade graham cracker crust that I made...was awesome and stbxh got none of it! And that I did not have any anxiety attacks all day!! :)

I'm thankful that I got to watch my daughter run around in the yard at my husband's aunt's house (she has a lot of land). Watching her run and play on the swing set and with the numerous dogs out there in the country - it overwhelms me. I wish so much we had a house with a yard for her.

heh, and I'm really thankful that she is healthy and growing like a weed. We put her next to her 3.5 year old cousin - they are the same dang size! Same height everything and my daughter just turned two!

*someday* :)

I am thankful for my family...we talked about the stbx, but not really in a bad way.  We talked about what he is missing---he didn't even go to his family's because they don't like and won't accept the ow!

I am thankful I didn't have to deal with my mother in law.  I am thankful for my family- my mom, dad, brother and future sister in law.  I'm thankful my kids didn't get carted from one house to another just to make my mother in law happy.  I'm thankful I have good friends.  I'm thankful my divorce should be final soon!
