Happy Thanksgiving

Well, I noticed no one is really posting in this group anymore. I, however, would like to say that its Thanksgiving...into week 7, and I am down 18.2 pounds. I plan on eating dinner tonight but my Mom has gone over and above to make it a low cal meal for all. Im going to have yams instead of mashed potatos, and jello for dessert instead of pie. She is cooking Turkey breast so that should be better for me. I plan on eating breakfast but no lunch to try and offset the extra calories. Anyway...I miss you guys.

I will be getting my next month of food next week so I will officially have been on the diet for 2 months. Ive have noticed that on my flex days, my appetite has decreased 10 fold. What use to never fill me up, now does. Its all about the portions and Nutrisystems has actually became a way of life. I skipped the holiday potluck at work and will continue to be strong, no matter how hard it is. One more month and I will be past the holiday temptations...Come on new year and everyones resolutions!! At least I got a jump start on that:)
