I found out about the affair three days ago. When do I return to human form?
I found rock solid evidence of my wife's affair 3 days ago. She was the love of my life and now I realize I don't even know this woman. I am devastated. I'm physically ill, can't eat or sleep.How do I come back to my old self? I am a firefighter and I have to be focused at work; how do I deal with this?
