UPDATE ON COURT TODAY ....... YEAH
WELL ITS OVER, finally. I didnt think i would make it through,but i did. everyone was right about court. i want to thank everybody for their prayers and hugs. i really needed them. well the result is that no reduction till my daughter graduates highschool, and he has to pay extra 350.00 monthly for medical bills unpaid. also he has to give me 1/2 of his next income tax because the total is about 10,000 dollars in bills. sooo need i say much else. just thank you all for your support.]%0d%0acherbear

You know I used to let people walk all over me and push me around to--but after I went thru my divorce it seems that I'm unstoppable in that department and don't take any crap from anyone anymore!! And that includes my ex and I think that really pisses him off becuz he loves being in control of everything. And I know what you mean about when you said he was sitting in court thinking he was going to win, I went thru the same thing with my ex recently when I took him back to court for contempt charges and he sat there all smug and crap thinking he was going to walk out the winner like in the Rocky movie or something!! Yeah - eye of the tiger my ass---he walked out the loser and had to pay me back my court fees and attorney fees to!!! :) SOOOOO who's the winner now!! LOL :) Yeah it's very satisfying seeing them go down in defeat!! :) And this is the first of many losses for him!! :) Glad it turned out okay for you, I'm always glad to see the right person win for once!! :)
