Losing faith

I wanted out of a 3 year divorce. I have been in divorce court for 2 years now. My ex wife and I have 2 children and these children have been abused while in the mothers care. I have PROOF!!! I have called CPS and police and trying to do something about it. I try in court and cant get my newly hired council to return my phone calls. The ex now has temp. custody of the 2 and I have not seen or talked to my 3 and 4.5 yr old in 7.5 weeks. all I have done is things in the best interest of the children and even been held in contempt form the ex as well. (facing jail time) all for the children and I am just about bald. If someone has some advice other than things will get better and it takes baby steps, it would be greatly appreciated. respectfully, a dad who cares.
