After christmas blues

Hello everyone i hope your holidays were wonderful. Here is what's going on, my soonto be ex brought our 3 children a swing set the night before x-mas but didnt put it up, he said that he would come over on christmas day to do this, he called that mornign and said yes i will beoverto do this but never showed up the box is still in the back yard, i am trying to take into consideration that it was raining , but he didnt bother to call and say that he wasnt coming, he also stated that he would give me some money because i brought the majority of the gifts, did do that either, i am just so tierd of dealing with him!! The kids didnt ask about why he didnt come or anything, but it just eats me up!! He didnt even care about calling to say anything!! I need advice about how to stop letting him get under my skin like this. Should i just ignore him and refuse to answer the phone calls and just tell him to not to worry about putting the swing set together and dont ask him anymore about the money, i just dont want to have anything else to do with him because he is just a sorry excuse for a father period!

Ask a neighbor or friend for help with the swing set, get some counseling on how to deal with the "under the skin" problem. I am sure there are techniques you can learn which will make it easier to handle.
