Question about property in a divorce

Ok, so I am filing for divorce soon, and have yet to talk to a lawyer, and had a question I thought someone might shed some light on for me.

My wife has been previously divorced, and as part of her divorce agreement she was awarded the house we currently live in. As part of the agreement, she had I believe 6 months to refinance the house out of his name. She never did that, and as such the house is STILL in her ex - husbands name, this is one reason I want a divorce, she never told me!

Anyway, my question is this: Can I be held accountable for the house if we divorce? Or will that automatically go to  her, with no penalty to me?

Any advice, or help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Brh:

I am not an attorney, but I do not think that you have any legal standings, or obligations,  regarding real property that is not ion your name.
