i filed for divorce on feb 20,2008, we pulled the papers off the net and filled them out then i went to the court house and filed. i then waited 90 days and went back to the court house and filed the rest of the papers that would be may 20,2008. since then they keep sending us a paper saying we have the wrong dates on the the following papers, "praecipe to transmit record" and "affidavit of consent". we dont understand why the dates r wrong, can u help?

to be more specific.

On the praecipe, you have to put the date(s) you two executed your consent to the divorce - if the dates don't march on your faroms, you screwed it up.
