betsyp,  Texas is in the house !  im from this state as well.  we have round 3 going to happen. this comming week. rule of thumb for child support is 20 % for first 5% for the 2nd child.

ah - yeah, OAG won't look at it because they only review every three years.

 

His new employment is enough of a substantial change in circumstance for you to file with the court BUT wait until you have been divorced a year and he is established in this new job.
