stuck and no way out

its been almost 2yrs since I filed for divorce and my divorce petition runs out in feb they don`t want to do anything and it seems like they don`t care if the divorce goes another 10 yrs. i am stuck I can`t drop her from my health insurance and she walked out 2yrs ago after I caught her cheating. she is definity milking the fact that I am paying her insurance. where do I go from here??
