i am marry and filed for divorce but did not sign papers, he remarry while still mary to me. is the second marry valid

You need to get advice from your attorney. This divorce needs to be final. Are you getting any support from this person?

Also not an attorney...not sure either...but, I read an article about a woman in a similar circumstance, and in her case the divorce was not legal without signatures, and the husband was guilty of bigamy. Her case was a little different, but getting the divorce handled is something you should get done. And talking to an Lawyer too, you should probably do that.

im not an attn either, but you cant be married to more than one person in the US - i would check with someone - the information center on the right (above the ad) has links to low / no cost legal resources if you need them. good luck! keep us posted.

interesting. i am no attorney, but i suspect that papers must be signed to be binding. you really need to consult your attorney.
