But this week, I was off the program for good, and you know what? I didn't do so well. Need an example?
Today's breakfast was pumpkin pie.
Yeah, you read that right. I had pumpkin pie for breakfast. I told myself it was healthy. After all, pumpkin is a vegetable and the milk and eggs in the custard filling count as protein, right?
Did I forget my hypoglycemia or the fact that umm...yeah...I would like to NOT gain back the weight I lost while on NutriSystem for a month?
No...but the pie was there and it looked good...and did I mention pumpkin is my favorite pie in the entire free world?
Long story short, I may miss the variety of deciding what I will and won't eat each day, but I am not ready to be left to my own devices just yet.
So I am back on the program for another month. Let's see if I can truly internalize these behavior changes so I don't need a third month.
