wheres the wage assignment from our hearing 2 months ago?

Hi, Our temp.orders for spouse and child support was the end of Sept. His wages were suppose to be a wage assignment sitution. He was working 2 different jobs but when my attorney filed to have both jobs wage assignment they only allowed to submit one emplyment. So it was suppose to already a done deal for the one job. I havent been asked for any banking info. for direct deposit to my checking from his employer by my attorney and its still hasnt happened to be taken from out of his check each week yet. How long does this normally take for a judge to sign orders for wage assignment and get the show on the road? my ex also owes my attorney 5,000 as part of my attorney fees that I was told my ex would be paying my attorney fees well as it went I paid the retainer of 5,000 and now in dont get that paid for by my ex its just an added 5,000 my ex now owes my attorney so now were up to 10,000 money given to my attorney between ex and myself. My ex is telling me my attorney hasnt put orders in by judge for wage assignment for my support becasue he wants to put in wage assignment for the money my ex owes him and i was told your only allowed to place wafge assigment for one thing like support fr me OR the money ex owes him. whats up with all this? I need my money from wage assignmet now for me and my son And the only thing done was temp orders for support. none of the debit or the fact hes allowing our house to go into foreclosure or the fact since he left in may he hasnt paid a dime on my credit cards( community property) so im not sure how/ when all this gets played into the divorce settlement games. main que
