Preparing for the End

So I've only got a few more days left of my Nutrisystem diet.   Like I've said before, I'd like to continue my pattern, so I went to Costco today and bought some salads, and grabbed some lean cuisine and healthy choice entrees for days when I didn't want to cook.

I've got a new start, and I'm going to try to keep the pace.  Oh, I know I won't be perfect, but if I can at least keep myself within a range I'll be happy.

I have this old suit  jacket I haven't worn for 15 years.  I've always been too big.

Today I tried it on thinking "what the heck."  You know what?  it still didn't fit, but I will say.  It fit better than it has in a long time.  I could button it, but it didn't look right.  THat's fine.  I'm excited anyway.  The reality is, that weight gained over time doesn't just dissapear. It will go away if you work on it though and that takes time, patience, and dedication.  I may not still be on the diet, but I will keep working at getting back to my ideal weight.

I'd like to drop another 20, but I'm pretty happy with what I've done so far.  Now if I can just stay away from the nuts, maybe I can lose some more.

Yeah, nor am I.  I still need to lose another 35.  All the websites I see suggest 45, but I'm gonna lose the 35 and see from there.

Wow, 60 is great!  Beats my 42, but I'm not finished.

Well on this diet, only 9 lbs so far.  I've been losing weight for the past few years though.  Over all, I've lost close to 60 lbs since my Uncle Baby Eater days.

Rob, keep it up.  You're doing great, and we're all proud of you.

How many pounds have you lost now?
