Taxes

My divorce hasn't finalize as of yet. How would we file our Taxes? He paid Bills until June 2007. We were leading separate lives since January 2007. But I finally changed the locks in August 2007. He pay our life & car insurance. Fitness club. He's not paying child support. Very active in our son's life. He want to claim our son and I claim Head of Household. Does anyone know how this aprt works????
