Help me!!!

My soon to be ex husband is in contempt of court for being behind on his child support almost $7000 now. And today of all days he decided not to put ANY $$$ in the bank, right before X-mas. In our papers he is supposed to have visitation from the day after X-mas until the 4th. If I don't let my kids go with him...Will I become in contempt of court too?

its easy for me to say this, but I'd try hard to not to use access to the kids as my leverage. I dont know what its like to be owed $7K and get stiffed right before christmas, and i feel bad for you. Id check with my attn as to what your options are.
