I was hoping to be down 10 pounds by my birthday tomorrow but I hit it a day early. What a wonderful present to myself. To think I could be down 20 pounds this time next month would be even better. It hasn’t been easy but it is getting easier. As you get into a routine, it becomes natural. Do I miss fattening food? Hell yes. Do I miss it enough to go back to the way I was eating before? No way. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. I had someone at work say to me yesterday…”Man, how much weight have you lost?” And someone else today said, “You look great!” What an awesome compliment. Things like that drive me to succeed in this program.
BTW, changing salad dressing has helped my salad burn out. Thank God!
