Lawyer won't call back. Whats appropriate?

I know he has other clients.  I know I'm being impatient.  I left him a message on Friday morning.  Thought I'd hear back by now.

If he was in court all day on a Friday, then you probably won't hear from him until Monday afternoon or Tuesday.

call again.

Anytime you call, find ot if they are in court, that way you know if you are going to get a call back or not, if they are in court and not having an office day, you probably won't get a call back that day unless it is an emergency.

I had the same problem. When I decided to go through with a divorce from my husband, I kept calling my lawyer. Weeks passed, no response. I got a bit discouraged and frustrated.  My sister sent me a link  http://www.divorce4her.com/testimonies.html. I read about other peoples experiences with the company and then decided to call to see if I can actually get a real person. I did! I immediately decided to give it a chance.  I'm proud to say without all the extra lawyer fees etc.. I saved so much money and time. Print, sign and file is all I did.  Don't lose faith, there are other options. Don't give up!
