? for spaz......anyone??

BUMP

 

 

Spaz~ I just found out my stbxh husband just bought a new vehicle. As you know, I am in Kansas....I have heard 2 different things     1. I could ask for half the cost of the vehicle   2. If I do ask for  this I would be asked to pay for half of the vehicle if I ask for it... I am still waiting for mediation, and the divorce date is dec 23rd.... Can you tell me which this is correct?   Thx As Always Terri

if you try to claim the car as a marital asset - yes, you will also be liable for the loan.
