Feeling good

I’m feeling good in my pants.   Even though the scale has only been inching down this week, I felt a difference when I put on my pants today. I have finally dropped the 1 ½ pounds I gained and even went down another.2. Funny that amount wouldn’t have meant anything 6 months ago but today, every little bit counts. I’m hoping to at least reach 9 pounds down by tomorrow. I have been dropping ½ a pound a day the past 3 days so 1 more loss wouldn’t be too much to ask. Would it? It’s been a rough week. PMS sucks. Today is Halloween and it’s the first on record that I haven’t had 1 piece of Halloween candy. To say I’m proud of myself is an understatement. I’m getting use to the way things work. Its hard giving up the things I love but it will all be worth it in the end. Willpower is the word of the day. Tonight, all the candy will be going to the trick or treaters. Arent they lucky.
