chocolate chip scones meets microwave

so, day three of NS and i started the morning with a chocolate chip scone. yum.  tossed it in the mic for 20 seconds and double yum.

lunch was some mashed potato thingy and it was good, warm and yummy.

i forgot to bring a salad...so i really need to get more organized.

realized that having this big ol' box of food by my feet is a tad tempting.  i pulled out some dinner for tonight...pasta and a fabulous looking brownie for late night.

so, at around midnight or so, fab brownie will meet microwave and all will be well with the world.

I have a mashed potato thingy too. I havent eaten it yet because I thought it a bit bizarre. Mashed potatos but wheres the beef? At least you say its good. Maybe I will take that for lunch tomorrow. And yes, organization is the key. Why in the heck do you stay up so late on a school night girlie? I must be a sissy...Im in bed by 10:)
