Spaz~

I just found out my stbxh husband just bought a new vehicle. As you know, I am in Kansas....I have heard 2 different things

 

 

1. I could ask for half the cost of the vehicle

 

2. If I do ask for  this I would be asked to pay for half of the vehicle if I ask for it...

I am still waiting for mediation, and the divorce date is dec 23rd....

Can you tell me which this is correct?
