God bless chocolate!

The brownie was delicious! The only thing missing was a tall glass of milk but I already had my dairy intake for the day. This morning I had the pancakes. Wait, let me rephrase that…the PANCAKE. Not plural. It was quite good. Of course, I could have eaten a short stack but that’s not the Nutrisystem way. Im learning more and more as the days go by. Im a huge Biggest Loser fan and I find myself writing down some of the tips the trainers give for weight loss as well. I was down ½ pound this morning but I'm still carrying around an extra pound from water weight retention. Considering most women gain anywhere from 3 to 7 pounds during PMS, I am doing pretty good. I feel great and my energy level is off the charts. My complexion remains clear and so does my mind. It’s a wonderful thing!

Im sorry about your Dad. I lost mine in February so I can relate. Yes, it is important to take care of your health. I feel so much better too. Alot of it is about protion control. BTW, dark chocolate helps some cardiac issues as well as prevents cancer (so Ive heard). Great excuse to eat it!!

Great job you should be so proud that you are sticking with it and it's paying off!  I thought about doing it but I really can't afford it right now, so I will probably just try on my own to lose some weight--I should think about it seriously because bad health is in my family history, like heart disease and diabetes and high blood pressure...  I guess I'm getting a little sentimental and worried about my health since the anniversary of my dad's death is tomorrow and he's been gone 6 yrs due to congestive heart failure.  He was only 57 so we need to take care of our bodies so we can live alot longer than that!!  Sure do miss him!! :)
And I have to say I love chocolate to!!  You know they say that chocolate when you eat it-lets off some endorphines that make you happy!!  Don't know if it's true--but I keep eating it hoping that it works!! LOL :)

I chose my own menu. I like it way better that way. I am going to try the little chocolate candies next time. You said they were yummy. I totally passed those up, I dont know how. Now Im not going into it blind though. I have a few favorites and Im going to order the things Ive missed:) I must have changed my menu 30 times already. I have until 11/2 to totally make up my mind. I will probably change it again before then.

No Doubt! cuz I got way too many of the snack bars.  That's been my one complaint about the favorites assortment.    I did get a few of the Crunch bar alternatives though.  Those aren't half bad.  ;)

congrats!  I am happy that you are doing so well on the plan. I have thought about joining myself but just haven't... not sure I would be able to stay on it. And yes, Thank God for chocolate!
