Do you have to go by the decision of the Master's Hearing?

If you have a Master's hearing do you have to abide by his recommendations or can you disagree with his findings?

look at the conference as the "legal binding mediation" ....there are still some outstanding issues and those will be settled at the master hearing...

sorry, I didn t answer you as clearly as I should have the last time.

the interim order is definately in my favor but why do you think is is temporary and what is the purpose of the new hearing? The first meeting was called a conference and this one is called a hearing. So this is not a Master's hearing?

I received a letter saying that the hearing we just had was an an interim order and we are to appear at Domestic Relations for another hearing on December 22 before a hearing officer. I wasn't sure if that was a Master's Hearing or not.
