conbtinuing saga

Been married 15 years, home deed was never changed in both names, what can I be entitled to if I leave, and I can't aford an apt due to I am only on SS. If I did leave no friends near by to go to what do I do? How can I get my stuff out of here all  by myself?

I don't know SC at all. I'm assuming the house was his when you married.

It seems to me that if it wasn't owned free and clear when you married, payments were made from joint money. And you should therefore be entitled to some of it.

You might re-post this in the legal answers group; maybe someone there has a similar experience.
