it hasnt been a good day all together, went to a attorney knowing i cant afford him , i dont have 1500 or 500 just to start, but he did give me some ideals , not to leave the house and get a 30 days when it comes close to the orginal 30 days , i guesss oct 8th to nov 6th is the 30 days when i got the papers so before nov 6th get and extension. but here s the thing , i just to in the mail that the house is going up for foreclosure. being that im not on the loan im not responsible for it , so now i got another problem finding a place cause frm what i read the dont have to give me 30 days to leave. wow this man really doesnt care for his children to do something like this, i have alot of proof i just need to get the money for alot of things.
i even thought about submitting my own response and then a counterclaim i dont know , i m just in panic mode now. i might have to have a garage sale just to come up with the money. but will that be used a gainst me in the ed?
