Thanks for your earlier responses. Sorry I wasn't more clear.

First, We are still in the same house because I haven't filed yet nor have I told him I'm going to get a divorce. Second, we have NO joint checking or credit card accounts so when I pulled my report in March there was only my information. I didn't think I could get his info even though I am his wife, so I didn't try. Third, He didn't buy the car to get around in. He has a brand new GMC Z71 pick-up and a small Nissan PU right here at the house. So what I’m wondering is, where's the mysterious other car?.. And who’s driving it? OR did he finally buy a Classic Corvett and store it? That's why I want to know if I should care. What I am thinking is, it is a “hidden asset” btw: I’m in Oklahoma. So “the other woman” thing won’t change anything. But hidden assets will.

You are so right spasnskitz. LOL Duh. Of course! That's what he does! Lie. I guess I just didn't think of it that way. Sheesh! I'm musta started slippin' back into believing them! Yipes! Better get past that one. Thanks for the light bulb.

ok wait - you are going by an IM that he bought a car? that's all the proof you have?

c'mon Blast - if he is a cheater he's a liar too - I doubt there is a car - just a story to make him look cool to this person -

He left an IM open on his laptop that popped up when I decided to play a game on it. It was rather ... huh ... inappropriate. Yep, I read the rest of them. One invited a ... person ... to go to a certain car dealership with him to look at a car he wants to buy. The person apologizes for not seeing the IM in time to accept his invite; then asks, "Did you find the car you wanted?" Answer: "Yep. Found it. Bought it."

how do you know there is a car and could there be a possibility he is a victim of identity theft and not know about it?
