Is It Illegal For A Wife to Submit A Change of Address

I inadvertently found that my husband's mailing address is one of our rent houses.  Can I submit a change of address to the USPS?  (added:  I haven't filed yet.  We live in the same house.  He has to go to the rent house to pick up the mail.  I'm wondering what he's getting there that he doesn't want me to know about.)

legally speaking, that is tampering with the US mail - a federal offense -  he has the right to have any mail addressed to him personally to go where ever he wants to. If it was addressed to Mr & MRS - then you could - but just to him....no.

Technically , probably yes. I use to do all of that but I definitely can't now that we are divorced. You can always just stick it in a bag and leave him a message to pick it up somewhere. He will get tired of doing that and put in his own change of address. Make sure he gets all the junk mail in his name too.
It amazed mine that he had so much junk. When we were married I didn't give him the junk mail. Now that we are divorced he gets it all.
