can i

my husband has stated on a absolute divorce and equitiable distruibution and thar  he and i were separated in 2006 , i looked a financial papers when he bought me a truck in 2006 and have witness to that and that he and i were together in 2006 in the same home. so if i prove this can it  be used against him? also i got bank statement where he has a account with a another women.

A bank account doesn't prove infidelity. He can have a bank account with anyone, there are no laws against that.

As far as him saying you weren't together in 2006, he can easily say "oops" it was an error. Not to mention you don't have to be living together, or together at all, for a spouse to help purchase a vehicle.

Neither piece of "evidence" is all that "damaging".
