What do i do now

Why do I feel so sick at times.
My question is, why do I feel like throwing up? What I mean is ever since she served me I have felt numb. Can't breathe, Can't sleep and Can't eat. I try not to think about what has happened while I am at work but as soon as I get in my car to drive home (until the divorce is final I am not moving from my home and kids) I literally want to puke. Lasts about 20 minutes or so then I am fine. Is this normal or am I dying?

yes, it is an old post, but still relevant. It still has not stopped and I hoped by now it would. It sucks, this feeling that I am going to quit breating, my body going into convulsions trying to force me to take a breath while at the same time stopping me from doing something so.

Thanks for the advice but once I learned it was anxiety, I was able to understand that I wasn't dying just terrified. It was my bodies way of telling me if you don't breathe I am going to make you! I thing of it as body over mind. Give me air or I quit.
Strangest advice I ever got was, just breathe. But it works, when they hit me, I think to myself, just take a breath.

one word: Zoloft - lol
Seriously, it's panic attacks/anxiety. You are going through a tremendous change and that take a toll on both the psyche and body. Counseling will help, as well as possibly short term meds to help you get thru this.
