I got an e-mail today telling me the food is on its way. It made me a little anxious. Those of you who have done something like this before, did you ever feel like going out and eating all of your favorite things before the food arrived? My DBF asked what I wanted to do this weekend and I thought about the movies and popcorn, also going to our favorite restaurant for dinner and my favorite drink. Cadillac Margarita. And today at work, I stopped by Starbucks to have my farewell Green Tea Frap. I'm going to miss them but the results I get from eliminating them are well worth it.
I wonder about the food. I know the portions are small, but will it taste good? They said it will take 4 to 10 days to get here. Wouldn't you know, next weekend we are going away for our anniversary. I'm sure they will help me thru the weekend with their tips (their being nutrisystem) and the diet plan. I think the hardest thing will be remembering to eat 6 meals, is it? On the weekend, we usually eat a big breakfast and dinner. Yep, this is a lifestyle change but its time for me to do something.
My son left for Iraq today. I told him about the nutrisystems diet and what Divorce 360 was doing for me. I said, "I just might be skinny by the time you get back." His response, "Mom, you will always be beautiful!" Awwwwwwwww.....that made my day. My youngest son has a weight problem. I'm hoping my lifestyle change will help him as well.
