Didn't know about her until after the divorce. Can I get alimony now?

I didn't know about the other woman until  6 weeks after my divorce and now she and my ex are making my life miserable.  Is it to late to get alimony?????

Maybe you need to go back to your attorney who helped you with the divorce to ask this to see if it's possible. I wish you all the best.

I am not sure but I don't think so. I think once the decree is signed that is final.
BUT my bf went to court yesterday and apparently the judge decided to look over a statement in their agreement that she is to pay teh 1st 100 bucks of each instance for medical for the kids and now he has to pay half off of the top. It was written in the agreement...and she supposedly has no money. I really can't imagine that since she gets 1200 a month child support and alimony and works a full time job and cleans a church on the side...the house is paid for etc.
Talk to your lawyer..there are other things you may be able to do to stop them. What exactly are they doing?
