Moving to a different state....divorce not finalized

My soon to be ex already lives in a different state then myself & our daughter. I am in the process of finding a lawyer & filing. I am planning on moving to another state in about a month and a half. Is there anything he can do to stop me. He hardly ever comes to see his daughter currently & does not give me any money for her.

I am not sure.. I am wanting to leave the state, but am going to wait until everything is finalized.. I would recommend you doing the same.. due to the fact, if he schedules any kind of court appointments or hearings and you are not present.. the judge will rule in his favor or so I am told
