what is one to do if husband stops supporting financially and removes my name from mortgage account. i been a housewife for 5 yrs and on the path of looking for employment i cant afford attorney , he has filed a absolute divorce and equitable distribution against me, cause i didnt agree with separation papers . now i found that the date he has on the paper is wrong 12/2006 for the separation when he was in the house for the hoildays with me and my kids and sister and he bought me a truck dec 22nd 2006, we are both on title. the correct date is 12 2007 what can i do being he has filed already

I agree with mtnvly, you need legal advice quickly so he does not try and take everything. Do whatever you can to hire an attorney. How can he take your name off the mortgage with your signature? He sounds very sneaky, hang in there.

thank you , i have a journal that i keep and im looking thru it now. i have went to a legal advigate to help and they said they would have a legal aide assistant look at the paper work meantime i should file for assistance food, money ect . and keep those for records

Better talk to your lawyer quick and file some type of counter paperwork...make sure you have the proof you need when you file...
