pay and no see

My son pays child support and he is not allowed to see his child,non of his family is allowed to see the child. He pays all med. plus insurance. How can he get get the help he needs.

I would just go to the court house and file for custody and or vistation rights.. skip the lawyer if you can..

Is there a court ordered visitation schedule, if not hire a lawyer and get one. Grandparents may have some rights in this regard as well, check with a lawyer.
