i need help in ending my marriage because its the only option i have

hi my wife asked me to move out , so i did that last week. there is no hope in fixing our marriage. so the only solution is to divorce. she does not want to go to a lawyer and i dont either but i think i have to. i love her and it hurts just to think about a divorce. i need to hear that it will be ok and the best ways to cope with a divorce that is not wanted but the only option. i know i will miss her very much. thanks lostinnjca

Hey there! You are in a tough situation but sometimes we don't have a choice.
I would say go with your gut and get a lawyer . It is not worth what may happen if you don't. If you didn't have a child it might be different but you want to make sure you are protected.
There is a comprehensive parenting plan that a family law attorney posted. I reposted ( giving her the credit of course) but if you look at my profile you will find it.
Print it out. Read it and highlight what you want in your agreement. Take it to your lawyer. It covers many areas that may be problems in the future.
Good luck! Welcome to 360!
