STUPID CRAP

OK, SO I AGREE TO MOST EVERYTHING IN THE DIVORCE SETTLEMENT PAPERS I RECIEVED EXCEPT 1 THING...WHO GETS THE BEDROOM SET? LOL

HE IS ASKING FOR IT BACK AFTER I MOVED OUT OF THE MARITAL HOME WITH THE KIDS...AND THATS THE ONLY FREAKING THING I TOOK THAT WE BOUGHT WHILE TOGETHER...THE REST WAS MINE TO BEGIN WITH.  HE ACTUALLY BOUGHT THAT FOR ME AS A GIFT BEFORE WE MARRIED AND I TURNED AROUND AND DONATED MY BEDROOM SET TO A CHURCH FOUNDATION.

SO, WHEN I DECIDED TO MOVE OUT I TOOK THE BEDROOM SET, I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY FAIR...HE GOT THE LIVING ROOM SET AND I TOOK THE BEDROOM SET).

ANYBODY ELSE FIGHT OVER CRAP LIKE THIS?  I MEAN I HAVE POSESSION OF IT AND HAVE MOVED SO WHATS THE LIKELYHOOD OF ME HAVING TO GIVE IT BACK?

just change the subject and talk about something else when he brings up the bedroom set. it would help alittle. Show him that you don't care.

whatever you own is yours and his is his. whatever you own together, wedding gifts is both of yours. So you get half and he gets half. If you can agree it that's great. If he wants something that he agree to let you have than it's already in your posession and you separate between you two than no, it's set and he shouldn't be asking for anything back. he might just be trying to get you upset or mad. For some reason it makes them feel better for themshelf. i think it's funny

If you allowed him the living room set then he should allow you to have the bedroom set. That is the way I feel anyway.
I am not sure that ( depends on your situation though) that I would want either of it...too many memories.
I kept our bedroom set but I paid for it. It took me a long time to get past that it was ours...
