CONTESTED DIVORCE QUESTION

I AM IN MISSISSIPPI....HOW LONG CAN I HOLD OFF ON SIGNING DIVORCE PAPERS???

 

I WOUND UP GETTING A DIVORCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT YESTERDAY AT COURT FROM MY STBX....I DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, SO I AM COUNTER CLAIMING (AGAIN)....HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON?
