what impact will this have on support

What impact if any will my mom living with me have on the amount of support that my stbx has to pay me. Any time she helps me with bills she always writes loan on the check and expects me to pay her back once I start getting support.

I was told by my boy friends lawyer that any help received by the parent with physical custody can be looked at as income. Spaznskitz ( a family law attorney) said she had never heard of that . I would talk to your lawyer.

None....the court will ask you for an expense report. You put in is what it costs you to survive. The divorce is between you and him, not him and her. Whether you have a roommate or not is irrelevant.
