Hey SuYin.  I'm so sorry I can't help much from here!  That sucks.  For what it's worth, I think you handled that situation better than I would have.  Then again, I'd be in court looking into new custody arrangments, so yeah. You're doing good.

Still, you're in my prayers, and you know where to find me if you need to talk.

Guess what??? He called me AFTER the boys were asleep. So I could not talk to them. 
The boys "fell asleep" in the car on their way back from "having fun".

This morning they called me and asked me why I didn't call them last night. and why didn't my boyfriend pick them up. They sounded confused. So I went over to his house.

Stupid Mrs Ex got in my way and said "please dont make a scene in front of the kids". WHATEVER.

The boys came out to see me. I told them that they had forgotten some things at the house and I wanted to drop them off. Then Mr Ex came out and he walked me to the car. 

I HATE him. Arrogant bastard.  He told me so many disgusting things. We got into a HUGE fight.  He's such a jerk.

Thank you for being there for me.  I appreciate the therapy help.

You know my mom always says to kill them with kindness when someone is being nasty to you and they hate that more than if you were to say nasty things back to them.  If you act like they don't bother you and don't upset you that pisses them off more than anything else!!!  :) It does work!!  But getting the anger out helps to!! 
MY EX IS A WORTHLESS EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING AND A WORTHLESS DAD TO!!!  HE NEVER SPENDS TIME WITH HIS KIDS BECAUSE HE'S SO FAR UP THE TRAMPS ASS--HE COULD TICKLE HER TONSILS!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

It takes so much more energy to be a nasty jerk than to be just civil to one another. You really have to question their motives. They must be incredibly unhappy people. My ex can be a real ass but I try so hard to not give up my power to him and let him get under my skin. The less contact I have with him the better for my generally well being. Have a drink for me too!

Oh yea i love the scream therapy. My stbx is getting on all the nerves i have left. When i look at him i just see the devil and i cant wait until i'm finally free from him.

Well, can having contempt for a person be considered hate too, because I am right there with you on the hate issue.  Like I said in a post before, my ex is worth more dead than alive...now there is a thought for ya...No I am not going to off him.  That would be ridiculus .  But boy it would be nice if he just disappeared off the plant.

I have been in scream therapy for a while now.  It is great at the time. but now it has progressed to loathing and disgust of another human being.  I am so shocked that one person could make another person so angry that they snap.

Hate him all you want,,,but do not let it control you.

Sorry, I've just always wanted to say that, and it seemed appropriate in this context.

I wish I could hate my STBX.  There are times when I almost do, but then he does something civil and human, and I can't sustain the white-hot intensity of a thousand suns that would be required to hate him.  I don't hate him the way I hate, say, the Dallas Cowboys (sworn enemies of my beloved Philadelphia Eagles).

But, yeah, that was a shitty thing to do.  Sorry!

That was a shitty thing to do though. I'm sorry he's such an ass.   We can trade exes for the weekend if it would help.  She'd avoid the kids, so you'd have no problem there.   And I'm just obnoxious enough to deal with yours, and I swear no violence, (unless you really want it.)  ;)

Oh goody. I HATE him so much and he's upset me so much I posted TWICE.

I am LOATHING him and I am mad at myself for letting him affect me this way.  We have been divorced for long enough for me to just ignore him.

He picked up the kids at school today.  He didn't tell me he would be doing that and because I have been very busy working on a project, my boyfriend offered to pick them up and take them to the park and then they would go eat something.

Well, they ran into each other and Mr Ex decided to have an all-out fight with my boyfriend (we LIVE together).  Upsetting the boys to no end and THEN he took the boys with him and is refusing to answer the phone.

I HATE HIM. HATE HIM
