Suing ex after final ancillary ruling for hiding / manipulating assets

How can I receive assets that were discovered after all divorce matters are settled.My ex hid about 500,000.00 which were discovered one year after all divorce matters were legally concluded.

you may not have recourse - it could be too late to file an appeal - since you don't specify what state you are in it is hard to give you any insight.

you need to hire a lawyer and possibly a forensic accountant.
