Visitation questions reply

Thanks for the advice. Already been out there several times. She want to come out here now, but insists that her dad not know. She is convinced that her dad will refuse to let her go . Right now we communicate on myspace and if he knew about that he would have a fit. He doesnt even know that we talk now. She has 2 myspace accounts just to hide me from him. She feels like the only way she can have both parents in her life is to keep me hidden from him. Its driving me crazy that the courts will not help me.
