Question

Please help me with any advise you can give.........I am all ears.

I need help or advise on my kids.....to sum it up as much as I can, I am remarried, have two kids from first husband and two with the second. I am the primary custodian and recently I agreed with my ex husband that the children will stay with him as if he was the primary. I wrote a letter saying " As of (this day xx-xx-xxxx) Savana and Dakota will live with their father temporarily until further notice" We both signed it and they have been with him since last year around April. What I would like to know is if I were to take them back would he get anything out of him taking me back to court? The other factor I am worried about is that my daughters school is going down hill, my son is acting up and cursing in school, the ex husband and his girlfriend are not calling me to tell me that they have actives at school that I could attend, my children also have told me that they HAVE TO call his girlfriend mom, they have told me that they don't want to go back and want to live with me. The school counselor has been talking to them cause she was concerned and the girlfriend and ex didn't know any of this along with how bad their grades have gotten.

I understand the concern but of course there are two sides of the story and that was just a small slice of what has happened in the past 7 years. Yes we try to do the fifty fifty but he doesnt like my husband and Im not to fond of his G/F. Im sure she good to them as is my husband but theres more to it than meets the eye. My daughter is failing her classes and my son is cursing in class. He is scared to go home because he doesnt want his daddy or his G/F to "beat his butt" <---in my own sons words along with a classmate of his that came up to me and asked me if i do that to him when he comes to stay with me. I could go on and on and on but I know your not trying to make me feel like a big bad monster but as parents I dont care about my well being just as long as my children know they are loved, have a home to come home to, its ok to be a kid and play, be happy, and that they are healthy and well taken care of. I honestly am concerned about the mental well being. This has been going on

I am a little concerned that you gave your kids up so freely on a piece of paper, were there any attorney's involved? Have you been seeing your children on a regular basis? Why can't you two have 50/50 visitation why does it have to be all or nothing. Your kids obviously are acting out because they are hurt inside.
