Exercise Mat?

So I'm doing the fitness challange post you see listed on the previous page. I bought a mat so I could do my cardio workout in front of the TV. This was a great idea until the guy on my DVD did this weird jump twist thing I think I saw in one of the "The Matrix" combat scenes. I tried to duplicate it...when I came to, I remembered I have Pergo floors and my mat has no traction. Can somebody recommend a mat that will stay in one place?

I thought I'd reply to this. The mat you suggested was a little pricey. I've seen it from $75-$90. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that on a mat. That said, this Christmas I got a few gift cards, and thought "What the hell?" I bought it. Or I guess my friends and family bought it. Either way, I received it. After using it a few times I have to say: Very Nice! It's perfect. No slide, and just enough cushion. Thanks for the suggestion!

Goto www.p90x.com or www.beachbody.com under the P90X or FITNESS GEAR buy the Plyometrics mat ! It's a Mandika Mat and also the best mat on the market! It's very, very large and won't slide or slip!!! I'm into the P90X System as well!! This mat has very, very good staying power! Hope this helps, Nelson
