How Do I Get "Unfrozen" and Get A Move On?

I need to get out of this house...and fast.

I have so much to do!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to:

Update my resume.

Find a job in another city.

Find a place to live in another city.

Notify my employer re: my pending move.

Pack.

Change my address with everyone.

Change my cell phone number.

Move all my stuff to me new place.

Notify everyone re: my change of status.

Have my lawyer serve the divorce papers.

I am feeling overwhelmed with all of this and have no family members close at hand to help me out.

Intellectually I know all of this...emotionally I am frozen.

How do I get unfrozen and get a move on?

When I feel overwhelmed, I make a list.  Start with a small list...take 2 or 3 of your smaller, less pressing tasks and begin there.  Literally mark it off the list when you're done...draw a single line through it so that you can still see the task but it's obvious you've completed it.  When you finish those tasks, add more and continue the process.

Even though you might not be invested in it emotionally at first, as you accomplish a few things, it will serve as a "cheerleader" of what you've done and what you can do.  You'll begin to feel better about the future when things are jumbled up in your mind, racing around wondering "where do I even start?!".   You'll be moving on a few tasks at a time and you might even surprise yourself with how quickly you'll accomplish some of this stuff once you get rolling.
