Anyone else wish they had a date tonight?

Dating is a lost art.  I want to go out with someone- dancing, talking about everything and anything over a bottle of wine, enjoying one another's company.  Oh, and it would be really nice if he pulled out my chair for me and opened the doors for me.....

boy a date i forgot what a date is. how do you date. i think i need a class on dating and what to do on a date. i sure would love to have a date though.

Hell, I would be happy just having someone to talk to.

Hmmm a date...that sounds so nice...someone to spend time with...someone to smile with....hold hands with....I'm so used to having someone around, yet feeling alone- boy would it feel nice to not feel alone....

Are you having one of those days???? Me to! I so wish I had some one I could lay next to and just look at and talk with all night long!  To Hold them and look into her eye's, stroke her hair,  kiss her soft li..... ok thats about enough of that!!!!!!

I am dateless tonight and wish I had one but no one is biting if I am here on the computer...lol I need to go out and mingle. I don't like the bar scenes but lately I been thinking what the heck they're all drunk so they wouldn't even notice me complianing to them. At least I have someone to talk with...lol

Actually, pretty good writing and I'm liking it just fine! I'll have to remember that line someday. I'll never bring softener with me to the laundry ever again! For now though, I'll settle for laundry at the house. :(
Give me 3 months and watch out single ladies when you enter a laundromat! I'll be checking out your softener...;)

Now where was I? Oh, griping about not having a date tonight. Did I mention I have to get un-married before I will even think about dating? Boy does that throw a wrench into things!
EC you are so right. I will truly appreciate dating again once I am able to get back into the scene. I will never forget what this is like sitting here tonight. It will make dates and romance all the sweeter. Oh, and i will always appreciate that special lady when she comes around. Where on earth is she anyway? Oh, she is waiting for me to get un-married so I can start dating and find her some day...

Hey Rich, I've seen movies( cant remember the name) where they're doing laundry and end up having hot and heavy sex.  Or the ones where they pick someone up at the laundromat.
Go to the laundromat, there might be a hottie, you make eye contact, ask her if you can have some downy cause you forgot yours and you like soft sheets, sparks fly and you end up at her place!!

Well, it's looking like I have a date after all . With my washing machine! It will be laundry and maybe a movie on the TV tonight. I know I know! It's probably too much fun and passion for one guy to handle but I'll make the best of it!
Darn it! This isn't exactly what I had in mind! Is there a fun interesting lady out there who might want to spend an evening with me washing and folding clothes??? I'm thinking I better not hold my breath! Oh wait, if she were fun and interesting she probably doesn't do laundry for entertainment!LOL

All of the above sounds good!  I wish I had a date so I wouldn't feel as lonely as I do right now.  Someone to talk with and share my dreams with.  I agree with the sex part too!  LOL

I am right there with you!  Just went food shopping, don't have my kids, and am definately in some need of companionship.  I agree...just to have someone here if only to have them sit by my side and watch tv....just to know I am not alone.  I tried to get friends to go out, but everyone is busy tonight.  My only satisification is watching Greys Anatomy and then Hopkins later on!  At least I have that...and oh by the way...yeah sex would definately be a bonus!

I need a drink! I wish I had someone I could call at the drop of a hat. stbx pissed me off today.
