Try this website: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96596,00.html

It's an IRS site to track your refund. If that doesn't work, use the same site to find your local IRS office, and call and ask. It's best if you have a copy of your tax return in front of you when you call, as you'll have to verify some information.

If I find out that he had someone to sigh my name then I will make sure that I press charges.I guess you can live with someone for 26 years and never know truly know them.At least he is making it easier on me because I don't like the person that he is now. Thanks for the advice.

I'd guess he did, which is a felony I believe but what are you going to do?  What a crazy world we live in.

Well you can probably view the back of the check...your bank might have a copy.  I know they took awhile sending those out, so check with wherever you think he cashed it, or call the IRS to find out.  Their website has information on it about the checks.  Good Luck
