I think you may have read something wrong - are you sure the four (4) wasn't a "bullet point" (like a, b, c, or 1, 2, 3, 4 or I, II, III, IV)
burden of proof is just that - you need to bring with you your evidence backing up your claim - you can't just walk in there and state he is behind, or state he didn't transfer his shares - you have to bring proof of it...
I don't see how they would require "four" unless for some wierd reason the court you have your case heard in doesn't allow contempt to be filed unless there are at least four acts of contempt...but that makes no sense...so just bring evidence to court...you will be fine.
