Help!!! Need a females prospective

Am I just a fool for thinking that I could depend on my wife?

We recently moved to FL from PA I wasent able to find a job down here yet, But this is the 1st time since iv been 17 and have not worked. It only took her 2 months to call it quits and move in with her mother and uncle and she took our son and left. Should I even try to reconcillate our relationship? Is it really worth it?
