divorcing a drug addict...

my uncle is getting a divorce from his wife of 17years. once she had been out of the house for almost a year he began to box up her things. in doing so he started finding little baggies of drugs that she had stashed all over the place! he called the police immediately and had them search the house . they found so many drugs that they covered the entire kitchen table! Within the same month she was pulled over and drugs were found in her car, which she subsequently did jail time for. she now wants the house, the $ from the 6 muscle cars he has spent his life restoring and $1600 in alimony plus she wants him to pay all of her attorney fees! everytime we suggest to his lawyer that we should subpoena her financial documents (since she is claiming she has no $) or any legal documents (since she is trying to make it his fault that she has a felony on her record and can't work) his attorney says that it won't really help his case!! HELP!! i'm out of ideas, and he's about to lose everything including his sanity! any advice??
